Under the Data Protection Act (1998) AJM are referred to as the data processor with our clients referred to as the data controller. The data controller is responsible for securing all evidence in a proper manner and in accordance with data protection governance. The data processor is responsible for destroying information pertaining to the client upon satisfaction of legal obligations.
